I guess I'm in. Don't usually participate in give a way threads.

I'm thankful that when I get up in the morning nothing hurts.
I'm thankful for a good wife and a home I'm comfortable with.

I'm thankful for my beautiful wife and awesome kid. Work, money, nice stuff...
That's come and go but I have wonderful people who I love and love me back.

I'm thankful for a lot of things in my life. I'm most thankful for the special woman in my life who came into my life almost 5 years ago. I was going through a really rough time in my life and meeting her was a key turning point for me. Also thankful for my family and friends who supported me during my previously mentioned rough patch.

I am thankful that my wife of 23 years has put up with me this long, happy that my two early ‘20’s boys are doing well in life and are good kids and I’m more than thankful that my daughter that turns 6 next week is perfectly healthy. We weren’t supposed to be able to have more kids and my wife had a miracle pregnancy at 43.

And I right now, I am Grateful for every day we get out of our old Weimeraner. He's 15.5, and 3 Christmas's ago his health was failing bad and we though he wouldn't make it, but he was our Christmas miricle. He bounced back, but even now 3 years later, he's just getting older and we can see it in his steps, in his eyes, in his whole demeanor. He's no spring chicken.

But he's still grateful to be here, and his stubby tail shows it every day, and we're certainly grateful for his company every day we have it.

I am thankful for almost 15 years with my beautiful bride, she is the most intelligent woman I have ever known, and yet she deals with me still. She has EDS a connective tissue disorder that causes easily dislocated joints among other things, she also has Kidney stones(over 65 in 4 years) among other serious health issues. I have been having my own health issues and have not been able to work for two months due to as yet undiagnosed extreme fatigue/weakness. So things have been kinda sucky lately. However I am so thankful for my boss who is waiting for my return to work, my wife's eternal patience and strength, my nephew who we help raise is in highschool and is a hard working great kid. Life is good just challenging at times but the good always outweighs the bad if you think hard enough. Thank you for the reminder and the giveaway!
 
I'm in! Thankful for every day of life and every breath in my lungs. Thankful for the unending love and grace from my Creator, through his son Jesus, that I do not deserve and did nothing to earn through works of my own.
 
I'm loving reading about what you are all thankful for, thank you for sharing! And I'm very sorry to hear about the hardships some of you are going/have gone through. Your stories have caused my wife to cry on a couple occasions already (both tears of happiness and sadness), but she is enjoying this thread as much or more than me.

When I'm hurting, I try to remember what Butters from South Park said:


I think he said it well. My hope is that this thread gives you pause for just a moment to think about all the good in your life, no matter how difficult things may be.
