What are you watching & why? (splain)

We started watching "The Shadow Line" a British police mystery told from the perspective of the hunters and the hunted...both sides of which seem to have issues. Rafe Spall steals every scene he is in. You can't stop watching his character.

On Freevee (with commercials). Only two episodes in, (of the eight), but so far, so good. Gets an 8 out of 10 on IMDB.

 
Season 2 of Patriot. Can't remember the last time I've laughed out loud so much during a series. Last night was the episode where he and Dennis both lose some digits. I was doubled over crying. 😂

Regardless of how hard they try to tempt me... I will never bend the knee!
 
Okay remembered what I didn't like about kill Bill 2.......

They train with a Kung fu master.... yet mostly fight using samurai techniques

Onto searching musashi based movies

You can always mute the commercials :)

My tolerance for commercials eroded some years ago. Freevee has a lot of good selections, but damn... I just can't do it.

I actually hear amazon is about to bump up the price of prime (unless you're ok with watching commercials, then it stays the same).

I myself, will be paying the extra.
