What are you watching & why? (splain)

I am watching the SyFy channel show called The Ark.

It is so bad, the acting and dialogue are awful and watching the show is pretty irritating.

I don’t know why I have not stopped, but a few more episodes and I will finish season 1.

One of the worst shows I have seen in a while. I have grown to hate some of the actors and their ridiculous performances. Just bad. You have been warned.
Just started watching this, and, yep!

Watching the current seasons of "Slow Horses" and "Pachinko" on apple+ tv

Both recommended. (Never get enough Gary Oldman, and this may, allegedly, be his last show...though there is a fifth season to follow this one according to reports.)

Gonna check out Horizon with Kevin Costner. Trailer looks decent. Max has it now. Waitin on FROM season 3 starting Sept. 22.
I'm going to try and catch Season 2 on DirecTV since MGM should be free this weekend.

Edit: Looks like they aren't showing a From marathon. Is Season 2 available on a streaming service?

Grand Tour, One for the Road. Not much I don't like about those three.

You should watch Jeremy's farm show, it's great as well as eye opening. The rules farmers have to abide by are truly insane. Globalists are without a doubt attempting to achieve a stranglehold on the food supply as means of control. This show illustrates just a few of the hurdles they have to jump through.

I have only have two heros in my life, 1. Terence McKenna 2. Farmers the world over

The Terror - a story on how the Northwest passage was attempted by Britian. Fiction and silly, but the wife loves the costumes.

Car Share - British comedy about two workers carpooling to and from work. Wholesome and funny.

Alone - very happy with the final 3 and the winner. Probably the best season of Alone to date.

Slow Horses - recommended above. It is good enough to fold laundry to.

Solar Opposites - it was incredibly difficult not to binge this. The Wall People arc is getting so good. Adult cartoon. Incredibly vulgar.

The Old Man - previous seasons were ok, albeit fair fetched. I'll spend the time on season 3. I don't have the energy in my 30's, I don't know how this fella moves in his 60's.

From - spooky enough to have me hooked. Enough questions to keep me guessing. I find it semi comparable to Lost. Wife won't watch it by herself.

Mormon Wives - wife forces me to watch. I definitely am not invested whatsoever. Didn't know this was a scandal in the U.S. weird thing to make a show about. Such is American t.v.

Masters of Air - who doesn't like a good American war story? It definitely depicts the loss rate of U.S aircraft in WWII.

Shoresy - probably the greatest Canadian comedy of all time. Hockey is life.

Shoresy!!!! 🤩🤩🤩

I can't believe I'm saying this but I really enjoyed the first episode of The Penguin. Colin's performance was some of the best I've seen out of him, even with the prosthetics (he did an amazing job with his eyes). The show isn't "superheroey" at all. The second episode wasn't as good but I'm still going to see it through.

Appreciating Colin's performance made me go back and watch In Bruges. Which then led me to go back and watch The Guard. I highly suggest you watch both of those movies if you hadn't had the chance to catch them yet.
