For those planning to watch A House of Dynamite on Netflix, let's just say that I took one for the team recommending a hard pass!

Despite a star studded cast with the likes of Rebecca Ferguson, Idris Elba, Jason Clarke, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris and quite a few others whom most will recognize from other streaming shows, the plot line is too unrealistic, makes are military command look like a bunch of buffoons ala deers caught in the headlight, military response as an inadequate failure and the diplomatic corps (us and our adversaries) as incompetent pollyannaish fools plus the POTUS being a complete dithering buffoon and well, the Sec of Defense? That one just takes the cake toward the end!

Almost 2 hours that I will not be able to take back!

I saw a review of it and concluded the same. I think the director (Bigelow) has a talent for making movies that appear to be technically solid....if you're someone who knows nothing about the topic - "The Hurt Locker" being a good example. No one who knows anything about our nuclear sensing capabilities would find the premise of this flick the least bit credible at all.
