What are you watching & why? (splain)

I watched the extra added episode to Tiger King: Joel McHale interviews the cast of characters.

Yup Chip, sadly I’m not feeling WW this season. IMO, the show runners have made the human world to be way too dystopian. I understand that this is the current human world according to the show but I didn’t detect this degree of subjugation and dystopia when the rich assholes were visiting the park! I do understand that there were different timelines and that the AI mastery over humans didn’t happen all of a sudden, but OK... Meh...

I finished binge watching Bosch S6 and as always another great season. I think that Bosch is an excellent show and also quite underrated.

I like Bosch a lot too, saving it for my nightshifts starting on Friday;)

Bosch was a show I thought was gonna be another boring cop show. So glad I was soooo wrong.

If you are in the mood for some quirky, sometimes low brow humor watch What We Do In The Shadows. The movie was pretty good but Season 1 of the series was really ridiculous (in a good way). Season 2 premiered last Wednesday on FX so they ran all of season 1 last weekend and most of them are pretty funny. I think season 1 of the series is available on Hulu but not sure about the movie that kicked it all off. I have not watched S2E1 yet but I am hoping the magic is still there since this is show that could lose it at any time.

Warning, it reminds me of Scrubs in that you will either find it really funny or really stupid so ymmv.

I really enjoy as to how every season is layered and the some layers carry through to the next season. Good news being that Amazon had approved S7 well before S6 debuted and I think that the production had actually started; now onto the bad news: S7 will be the final season of Bosch :(

I really don't mind if a series goes out on a high note. Better that than fizzling out to garbage.

I think that there's little chance of this one doing the CRIME which LOST committed back in the mid 2000s. Bosch is based on books and the adaptation for TV screen is excellent
Oh man...LOST... I had soooo much invested for SUCH a crappy ending. I held out for years, and then like 3 seasons before the end the wife finally convinced me to check it out:mad:

Last night's episode of WW season 3, episode 6, was the best one of the season so far. I saw the characters whom I had come to like so I guess it was nostalgic for me. Anyway, 2 more episodes left and this season could be it folks. The program has been bleeding viewers and it is expensive to produce with huge delays in between each series. Originally they had talked about 7 seasons to sew up the story arc, but I don't see it happening.

We didn't watch the 2nd season because we heard it was convoluted as f*ck. Didn't want it to spoil the awesomeness that was season 1!
