I can relate - software dev here. Like you, I knew my pile contents. Now, it's the 3D mind image of the drawer below that surface. I know where in there which knife is among all of the other stuff. But, now, even my knifes can have piles. Today's batchBack when I was a working engineer, my office always looked like a disaster to the untrained eye. I always knew which pile the important stuff was in![]()

Oh man! The 442 with the 112 blade.
Which model did you get?Just got mine in the mail today but can’t get it to close.
The 110 I opened it and it won’t closeWhich model did you get?
Does the lock at the rear bolster disengage when you press it down? The 110 I opened it and it won’t close
It sounds like there might be something lodged somewhere along the length of the lockbar. Between the lockbar and the frame maybe. If you happen to have a feeler gauge with a very thin blade you could try pushing it between the lockbar and the frame and see if you can dislodge anything. Just make sure the feeler gauge blade is thin enough that it doesn't wedge in there. You just want it to slide through easily. It just barely moves and very hard to depress
