It sounds like a whole bunch of people got custom Bucks ordered for Christmas presents. :) It'll be worth the wait.
 
Update:
My 100th anniversary 112 finally arrived! It shipped on Feb 11th. Took 13 days to go from Fenton MO, to my home here in Alabama. It's a 7 hour drive according to Google. Oh well, it did come and doesn't appear damaged from shipping.

It does have a few dings and scratches, which I already knew about. And the lockbar doesn't sit flush when fully opened/closed. Otherwise, it's in pretty good shape. I'll probably use it for a while, and a trip to the SPA is probably in it's future.
 
I ordered a 117 Pro in S35VN and green canvas micarta yesterday. This morning I got an email saying it was ready for FedEx pickup. I could have opted for free shipping but chose to pay the $11 for two day delivery. 😁
UPDATE: Just got the FedEx "on the way" email, expected Wednesday. 🤗

The internet & places like Amazon have me spoiled.:) Many times I've torn order forms out of a catalog, filled them out, and mailed it to places like Cabela's, Gander Mountain, and other outdoor stores. Then waited 4-6 weeks for the product to be delivered. And I think ll bean was one of the few places that had free shipping.

You just reminded me of my childhood trauma of ordering something out of the back of a comic book and having to wait FOREVER for it to arrive! 😁
 
I have a Stealth Run 111 in my mailbox waiting for me to get home, and since I elected to pass on this month's BOTM, today I went ahead and ordered a knife I'd had my eye on for a little while since I was on Buck's site anyway: one of the Web Special 112 Ranger drop-points in nickel silver and S30v! I think that's going to be a beautiful knife, and can't wait to get it in hand!

I hope you like yours as much as I like mine. I think I have seventeen Buck 112’s and that one is my favorite one to carry. The Drop Point blade plays a big role in that but it is indeed a beautiful knife. Money well spent.
 
I let a friend at work use my black handled 346 Vantage (we were doing some rough work, cutting out holes in sod for sprinkler heads, valve boxes, etc). He was very impressed with it, and he doesn't own a Buck knife, yet.

I didn't really want to part with the black one, since I've carried it quite a bit and I'm attached to it. However, I do have this nearly new rosewood model, which I'm planning to surprise him with on Monday:

I really like the look of the rosewood also, so I've ordered a replacement, along with a 341 small Vantage to try out.
