What did you do to/with your Becker today?

That is one Hell of a yellow perch! She is about to burst!
Never tried the Roe from them, if you decide to, give me a review?

Loving the Lil Canadian.

Roe was excellent! I ate some of it raw then I brined some of it in applewood smoked salt and fried it in butter it was excellent. Very mild taste, not fishy at all. I really enjoyed it.

Told you she was about to Burst!

Lol, I love catching them! They fight so ferociously per pound that it is surprising!

Looks like a great dinner! Thanks again.

Did some fire prep with my 16

Went on an overnighter, got some ok glamour shots. Also went to town on lots of firewood, per usual.

My first Becker (second Ka-Bar - first is a 1983 USMC) arrived yesterday afternoon.
This morning she helped me cut some Pex to replace a burst hot water heater line.
'Not quite what the knife was bought for, but it did an admiral job of emulating a Pex cutting tool.

This weekend it will get some time working with my son on his knife skills.
It'll probably tag along when we go do some target shooting too.

Been meaning to do this for a while. Clipped and stripped my 14 that lives in my edc bag. That's #36 bank line wrapped around the sheath... A good 3+ layers thick.

The clipped portion of the spine is now crisp enough to spark a ferro rod should I need to, but the thumb portion is still unsharpened for comfort.

My first becker. A BK9! Immediately put it to work hackin' away at limbs of a fallen tree to free up our cable line. YAY we got internet again!
