What did you use your Izula for today?

haha, this thread is great. The Izula really is an all around blade, huh? Perfect for a multitude of tasks.

I like it more than most of my neck knives and that is saying a lot.

Today I used mine to open a bunch of boxes and packages.

Broke down and sliced up quite a bit of cardboard today, I also used it to cut some rubber hose (fuel line and such) while I was wrenching on my Jeep

Sliced open the zip-ties on a "tool" play set for my son. Opened a package of bacon. Opened up a box full of machetes. Used it to peel annoying labels off of the blades of said machetes.

Quickly "sized down" some cardboard boxes so they would fit in garbage container. Sharpened some oak tent pegs just for the heck of it.

Nothing yet I just found it in them mail after getting home from deer camp. I will assure you though that I am scouring the house just looking for something to cut with it.

Made a deadfall trigger just for the heck of it. There's a separate post with pics.

I always cary my izula when walking the dog. My dog found a fallen tree to take home with her. It was a little bit to big so i cut of a branch for her to play with. Tuff little knife, I LOVE IT!!!

Went out to eat at Olive Garden tonight and was given a steak knife that was not only dull, but had bad geometry (serrations ground at about a 70-degree angle, no joke) so I whipped out my Izula. Did the job great. ;)

Just got mine yesterday, It will be used for all routine cutting chores primarily for cutting medium rare ribeye steaks into mouthwatering bite size chunks. so far Ive only used it to shave some hair off my arm to check its sharpness...Damn I'm hungry!

I opened several boxes I recieved in the mail today for Firstaidmonster and BestGlide. I got some good add-ons for my EDC.

I used mine in September and it made a friend...
