What did you use your knife for today?

I opened a couple of boxes, cut tape and zip ties, also trimmed some rubber floor tiles that were a bit too large (we're putting new floors at the gym). Later on I made lunch. My SAK did most of the cutting, since my locking knife for the day was a waved Matriarch, not the best tomato slicer out there.

Oh, and I used my Endura trainer for my Saturday SD class.

Used my orange ffg endura to whittle down some cocobolo knife scale blanks which will be going on my swick 3.

No pictures yet? A couple squirrels were cleaned and skinned with a new GEC #81 stockman.

Opened a lollipop for my son, cut some
lables off a teddybear and carved some
wood off the grip of my air pistol. Zt0561 used..

I winterized my fishing boat and had a Kershaw Skyline on me. It cut a bunch of foam that goes over the pointy parts and cut a bunch of rope too.

Used my Grippie to subdue a savage bagel that was resisting my attempts to stuff it into the toaster. Afterwards, I spread some cream cheese on it.

Today was pretty much light duty.....I cut open a bale of lawn bags, and broke down a box that I pulled from the basement, to insert in the recycling bin.

It was my daughters birthday party today, so I used my ZT 801 to open toys. Blister packs, cardboard, zip ties and such.

I took my Delica and Spartan backpacking.

Resting on the trail.

Here they're hang'n with their friend Mr titanium spoon.

Enjoying the view.

The end

I went shooting with my grandfather and used my ZT 0561 to help cut some big cardboard sheets to use as target holders. A lot of fun shooting for his birthday. Making memories and it is always fun to use my knives.

That's a sweet looking knife. What do you do with the squirrels? Do you eat them or just keep the pelt?
Thanks! It's a GEC 81 stockman that I just received and am really liking. Depending on how meaty they are I will usually either grill them whole or bread and deep-fry the legs. Very tasty if seasoned and cooked well.
