What did you use your knife for today?

Dare ya to take a picture of this next to an open letter.

Might be a bit hard to get both in the same frame!:p

Believe it or not, I've got an edge on it that'll pop hair easily. GREAT machete. The Viking, Bush Knife, and Rodan are my favorite woods trio. I never really need to go for anything else! :D

I cleared some overgrown branches from a trail, and cut up some garbage with my cpmd2 jyd2 today.

I used my SOG Blink to open up the tip of my finger:o and my Opinel #7 to cut cheese and apples.

I used my Vic Soldier to cut my sandwich tonight at work, and I used my Paramilitary to open a pack of pens. That's about it.

New spyderco used today for:
Clearing trail of berry vines.
Downsizing lunch for the kiddos.
Cutting back alder bark for a lesson on how porqupines kill trees.
Picking glue from screw heads.
Opening kids Vday gifts (used the leek for this)

For the first time ever, I actually used the little can-opener thingy on a Swiss army knife. I never really thought they'd perform well...

With my Mini-Grip, I opened the box (paper & tape) of my new Shallot S110V .
Nothing extreme, but I was smiling ear to ear all the way .

I used my Boker carbon steel Stockman to open a box of pistachios from Mare...

Seems as though every time I plan to cook something, my chef's knife is at the bottom of a sink full of dishes. Luckily, I had my Camillus Rough Cut Stockman clean and ready for business. Sliced up some asparagus into one-inch chunks, and chopped up some ham. Sautéed it all in a little butter, with a dash of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Served it over a bed of freshly cooked jasmine rice.

It was delicious.

I'm learning to straight razor shave (using a Dovo razor) and missed a few hairs from my chin when I shaved earlier.
I used my 710HS to get them..
