What Did You Use Your Sebenza For Today ???

It was a mighty bit of work, but the Sebenza won out in the end :D

Mother's Day dinner, last weekend....

Sweet Pics marthinus, thanks for sharing.........I gotta get a large double lug insingo one of these days.

Thanks for the kind words.

I have been carrying this one close to a year now and though initially I was not a fan of any warncliff blade shape it has proven to be very useful.

CRK's Warncliff Insingo blade design screams utilitarian. For an EDC where lots of cutting/slicing is involved, you would be hard pressed to find a better blade profile.

yesterday: opened up some oil bottles' aluminum lid thinggie to fill my car, sliced some cardboard to put in the paper-bin.
today: was in the woods with the family and fed my kids 3 pears, sliced away some plastics from a nite-ize package to fix to my tarp and try them out, showed my nephew later in the day what the difference was between his sak (a gift from me) that I was sharpening for him and my sebenza, cut up some sticks for the kids and decided it wasn't quite up to the tasks I had just put my new buck hoodlum to. flipped it open about 25 times, opened a letter, admired the polish on the edge that I put on, thought about how much more I like the 21 shape of the sebenza than the regular shape of the sebenza

I really like my sebenza

This weekend it kept me company on the farm. I did not do a lot of work, but rather I needed to take a bit of a breather after having a bit of a hard time.

Broke down a duck with my Large beater P. (Thanks Lisa):D
Duck Confit, Duck Stock, & Duck Pastrami coming soon.

Should have taken pics, maybe next time.

Used today for balance. Sebenza in right pocket provides balance from weight of car keys in left pocket.

Cut up evidence tags, striped insulation off some electrical conductors, and cut plenty of electrical tape. After I got home and it got a cleaning, I cut up an apple for my daughter.

My Sebenza took it easy today, as did my son and I....couch potatoe duty :D The best kind with my son asleep on me and me asleep on the couch and my Sebenza "asleep" laying dormant in my right front pocket. Set the DVR to play back survivorman re-runs and I was out for the day. We napped like cats all day, my son will probably give my wife hell tonight while I'm at work :p

Well it is keeping me company and used it for food prep, some figure 4 traps and as a scale for someone to get an idea of the size of an axe.

I used my sebenza to cut up sticks, carpet, cardboard and trash at 4 in the morning yesterday in the rain to put under my tires because i was stuck in the mud. Long story short, my car is still there in the mud and all i accomplished was getting my clothes dirty and completely covered my Birkenstocks in mud. But i must admit, it was great fun cutting stuff in the blowing rain with my flashlight in my mouth. Felt pretty epic and the sebenza preformed flawlessly.

Wow, over two years and this thread is still going strong.... Thanks Guys & Gals...........The last few days, I used my small classic 21 user sebenza to open the packages containing some of my newest CRK additions. I picked up a few sebenzas & a few fixed blade CRK. As always to get new ones, some old unused ones had to go to fund them. That's the hardest part.

Congrats on the new scores!

This thread must never die! I am still surprised it does not have much more contributions from our other CRK brethren.
