I work lawn care/landscaping, and thus time of year am a full time college student as well. Carry a cqc15 for work, have a snubby for school (am allowed a blade under 3", which us what the knife was designed for) and also have a super 8, cause I love the horseman shape and have big hands.
Ok I'll play...fun learning about what my friends here do for a living. I'm a finance guy and have my hands in all sorts of transactions. Also a CPA (but the type that deals with finance...I don't enjoy taxes!). I mostly enjoy transactions for mergers and acquisitions, as well as playing a roll in various capital markets strategies. I've enjoyed the first twelve or so years of my career, but thinking about heading back to school for a couple years to tack on some more initials behind my name, and hopefully expand the horizons. Great thread guys!
I am just a regular lurker in this forum, but I do carry my mini 15 everday. Well 'cept when I get to work I switch it for a Military or PM2. (More glove friendly)
I am part of a three person crew on a 31,000 lbs Hydrasplit. We split granite slabs into block for the building industry.
I work in the commercial cleaning industry as an area manager for a mid-size company.
I use my knives almost daily for cutting plastic banding material, stretch film, cardboard boxes, etc.
I'm an Auto Tech Instructor. I'm always using a knife for everything from Radiator hoses, vacuum hoses, opening parts boxes, breaking them down afterwards to get tossed, serpentine belts, the occasional tire for fun, and tons of other random stuff.
I am a nurse at a Urgent Care but I also work at a battery store as installers and mechanic and I use my Emerson a lot there cardboard cutting wire stripping cutting plastic wrap etc.. As well as playing around with them
