/\ thats erie looking..

I am or was an aerospace manufacturing manager. I am currently reenrolling into school to get training in cad/cam design and programming and my masters.

I head up Product Management for an eCommerce company. I lead teams in developing applications that enhance internal operations and features that improve the on-site customer experience.

I'm a 27 year old commercial construction superintendent with no formal education past high school. I spent a little time in the military also.

I am a senior civil designer for the A/E division of a design build construction company. I am in the industrial site development, work a lot of food/bev, energy, manufacturing and aerospace facilities all over the US/world.

It is kinda spooky haha. Good luck with the CAD. I've been thinking of taking a class. They teach it for no charge at my locals training center.

Man i would jump at the chance. If you get a class under your belt it would make a certification alot easier if you end up liking it.

Own a business, we do interior and some exterior painting & I specialize in mold remediation.

I now teach cyber security, ethical hacking, network security, and protocol analysis. Formerly worked with Justice. I'm also a sucker for punishment as I'm doing a Master's degree in Information Security part time.

While I'm not new on this sub forum, I changed professions back in October from a chef at a small restaurant to a Machinist apprentice at a manufacturing plant. We make valves for Coke and Pepsi. I get to run CNC machines all day.

You all have some cool jobs!

Riley12, thats very cool and a great choice in career change imho. I started as a "button pusher" right out of high school and through collage. While in college i was a setup machinist and g&m programmer. So much fun..

They're gonna send me to classes to learn all the fun programming stuff as well. It's a nice little shop with about 15 employees, who have been there at least 20 years. Plus, free range of a machine shop most days!
There was barely any money to be made in food, especially when I can cook what I want at home and not have to deal with customers anymore.

Ahh man lots of hours.. I remember staying 19 hours once...Thats why I am going to school to become a cad/cam(desk) jockey.

Regular day is 10 hours, but I've had a 17 hour day before. I was told they'd love to have me up front in engineering, but I'd have to take a pay cut...not happening!

I'm a concealed weapons instructor for ND and UT.

Oh, and I have a company that makes ugly guns smooth and pretty... ;)
