Wife carries a BM PrePro 770. It took her a while to decide on a knife but she's real happy with this one. She used to have a Victorinox Deluxe Tinker and loved it but it "disappeared" at her former job. Strangely, I've had two deluxe Tinkers that disappeared at jobs as well. Now, I'm without an SAK. They keep walking off. 
I'll probably get a Victorinox Carpenter sometime in the future.

As mentioned above my wife carries a Calypso jr lightwieght. I am still trying to get my girlfriend to carry. My last girlfriend carried a Gerber EZ-out.
She so far carries it daily.
