What is your latest knife purchase?

Small classic sebbie. I figured I'd find out what all the hub-bub was about. Very nice knife but I'm glad I didn't pay full price. The little SOB opened up in my pocket the first day I had it and bit me on my pinky  Never had a problem with tip up knives before but I had a few beers that day so I'm not totally blaming the knife, not sure how it got open . Not real keen on tip-up knives from now on.

My most recent purchase was a Spyderco Dyad Jr. A P.J. Tomes Remington lockback should be in my hand any week now.

And just as soon as I round up the money, I want a BK&T #9, Victorinox Soldier, and a Leatherman Juice. Big D1

I got another TNT in a few days ago, and just picked up an old small fixed blade Mayo off of ebay.

I couldn't resist the big Greco sale at CQCKnives, ended up with a Green River. Best $50 knife I've ever seen.

Al Mar SERE 2000. This is one big, solid folder. I am also waiting on an ATC Vietnam Tactical Tomahawk. I am seriously, and I mean seriously, thinking of sending another pile of cash to ATC for their Ranger 'hawk. :D.

My last purchase was a Terry Primos Hunter w/bold temperline and amboynia burl handle. I also have the following on order:
M.Snody - Damascus/Mammoth Ivory Carolina Skinner
T. Primos - 8" Bowie w/fiddleback maple handle
M. Carter - Hand forged clip point neck knife w/Mammoth Ivory handle
M. Carter - Hand forged Fukugo-zai series Wabocho and Funayuki-bocho
Busse Combat - Skeleton and BAIII

I better stop before my wife reads this post ;) ;) ;)

My most recent was a Greco Falcon, but have a SOG Flash I, a Becker 9 , a Battle Rat and a Camp Tramp all on pre-order.

This is also the last knife I have purchased and damned if I did not experience the same problem. As I removed it from my pocket, the stud caught on a seam and popped open. No cuts but damn close. Probably would not happen if the stud was not so aggressive.

Anyhow, it knocked the hell out of the bank account so now I save and dream. Mostly about Swamp Rats or maybe a BM Axis Afck, Axis Tsek or the new BM 921 in S30V.

Latest include:
Spyderco Native Lightweight
Spyderco Gunting 50/50
Greco Falcon (sore thumb!)
Greco MST MK IV
Paul Chen Designed Citizen Knife (very different, cool)
Used Busse Basic 5 (very thick, best shaving edge of all!)

Still waiting for:
Livesay Air Assault (took advantage of his sale with a group buy!)
Livesay Woo
Livesay Celt
Livesay BHB
Livesay Tigger

Wow, that looks bad when you type it all out

Emerson CQC7A
Emerson CQC7B
Case Elephant Toe (with real purdy colored bone scales)
Case Baby Butterbean (Stars And Stripes)

Well... of my three look fors, I ended up with one...

The Vapor II. It's a China built one.

A quick thoughts bit here. My Chive is Razor Blade sharp (Wilkerson maybe!) It is USA. My two Vapors are Pretty damn sharp. Japan. This Vapor II is Sorta sharp. China.

I found similar on a Vapor I handled from China, and that had blade play fore and aft when locked up.

This locks up good, has no side play, and the blade is very nearly centered (but not as centered as the others).

All I need now is a Scallion with aluminum or SS scales to complete the set.
