My most recent purchase is one of them HUGE Cuda Maxx folders. I was thinking it would be the largest folder that one could legally tote around here in Texas.
After taking a look at its awesome size, I thought I better check with the guru of knife laws (Bernard Levine -- nice fellow)...and it seems that its legality may be questionable here in Texas.
I thought it may be because the blade has a Bowie shape to it; however, Bernard looked at the situation in great detail and noted that the Bowie shaped blade, centered point, and hand-protecting grip would probably make it fall under the category of "dagger" here in TX (and thus not legal to carry!) :-(
I still like it a bunch!
