  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What is your sharpest knife

Benchmade AFCK mini for smooth edge and

Spyderco Snap-it for serrated. It would shave skin.

Agree with the Cold Steels. Wicked edge for such big blades.

Anyone care to take a poll and summarize all on this topic with a chart? I'm too busy, I mean lazy!

I forgot to add - a Normark fillet knife with a plastic handle, less than $4 as I recall, and I think Swedish stainless steel. Since it's very thin it sharpens up like a razor.

The sharpest knife out of the box would have to be my Buck 110 Masters in BG42, next would be my Spyderco Endura 98.
The sharpest edges that I have sharpened are on my Blackjack Mamba and my Buck 560 XLTi.
I also have an issue Fairburn Sykes fighting knife that takes a razor edge, but this is not one of my using knives.
