What is your sliciest knife?

Thank you I M...I wouldn't have guessed that was a Tops knife, I thought for sure that was a custom. Looks like a fantastic slicer nevertheless.

Caly 3 SB (full height convex with a micro) and Nilakka are on par

Stretch SB (same treatment as the Caly) is not far behind

It's from TOPS:

All you need to know. I looked many times its shape, and have been close to buy it more than once. TOPS Frog Market Special

Cool looking blade!

I gotta say, I am not normally a fan of most of TOPS designs (some are great though) but that is one cool looking knife. Thanks for the links!

Almost forgot about these two CRKT's - they were specifically designed for slicing... flesh, that is!

MORA Allround 8.1" blade is scary sharp and slices like a light saber... tip cuts better than a razor blade. I want the 5.8" version for the kitchen too. Dexter Chef knives are good too.

The Ulize grind is ok but I find it dulls fast. PM2 S30V, Centofante3, 0566 in Elmax slices really well for me for some reason. The new MMHW hollow ground slicer is probably awesome, but untested. Taliwhacker LE's are pretty good slicers and thin for a Busse.

Bought from samuraistuart and it's essentially a mini light saber. Just weight of the knife will slice through tri-pack of broccoli shrink wrapped at the thickest part of the stalks. Have never used or seen a knife this sharp ever....scary sharp.

Beautiful knife.

I don't have a picture, but I've got a petty in aeb-l from Stuart and it's a great, super lightweight laser.
