What kind of folder do you carry?

Like not driving a sweet car, it pains me to not use things created for.... use.
It's a great tool, too, one of Spyderco's best imho.
🤙
Good for you man! Talk about an artificially overinflated knife! They're nice, don't get me wrong, but aren't worth what they're fetching IMO when compared to others that you can get for the same money.

Can you tell I sold an expensive knife out of the collection this week? (At least I'm playing with the proceeds...and not fresh $)

Besides, the other one was getting lonely for its fraternal twin. ☺️🍻

Sebenza 31 Tanto 2.jpg

Blues Blues - Sounds like you just picked this up:
I've been eyeballing a very similar one on a nearby CRK authorized dealer's site, since sold - perhaps to you? If so, I added that insingo version to my cart at least 1/2 dozen times, then cancelled each time. They were also selling some large Sebenza with black micarta that, had they had it with the insingo blade, I would have grabbed immediately. One of the appeals of the insingo blade, to me, is that it doesn't look all that fierce or dangerous - nice rounded tip, clean non-aggressive lines unlike the tanto or even the drop point. I've never had the opportunity to use that shape blade however, maybe someday.

Nice score; enjoy.

I've been a fan of the Insingo blade since I first laid eyes on it years ago. It just trips my trigger for utility and I happen to like the looks a lot.

I have several knives from different makers featuring "modified sheepsfoot" or "modified wharncliffe" style blades. I prefer them to most other blade profiles by and large. (That may change...eventually.)

Sneaky Saturday, another Sebenza with a secret...this is the only scale release conversion by Butch Vallotton on a Sebenza that I've come across. It's definitely a really cool piece of "controversial" knife history😂
