  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What kind of folder do you carry?

Finally bought some proper scales for my REK Knives Shaman and took the opportunity for a family photo. I have had the 940 blade so long I'm not even sure which steel it is, it may be s90v just like it's big brother.

A little watch pron to boot since we don't see enough watches in the CPK sub. If you are into them, it's an Alpina hand wind Regulator. If you are not into them, this design dates back to pocket watches from the late 1800's for railroad switch operators, the hour minutes and seconds hands are all on their own faces so at no point do they ever overlap, leading to a possible incorrect reading.

Weird Wednesday... finally got my hands on a "Shoki", one of the Benchmade models using the "Nak-Lok" designed Seiichi Nakamura. It's a really neat twist on the traditional backlock mechanism 😎
