Well I learned something today. I had always wondered what the wavy pattern was

Might better have that confirmed by someone more knowledgeable than myself, but that’s what my ECAM scales from CPK look like (slightly different color, maybe due to being antique, but very similar pattern.)

I think I may have read somewhere that the wavy pattern on the Crk micarta comes off of the ends of the sheets maybe? I can’t fully remember tho. All I know for sure is that I’ll take micarta over any other inlay they offer any day of the week

Slightly more noticeable when you reach past it for something in the bottom of the pocket, that's about it

Just...there's about an 1/8" of clearance at the bottom of the pocket, lol.

The CRK L21 with insingo blade gets most of the pocket time these day, probably has been my mainstay for the past 6 months. I can get it fairly sharp. Just wish it held this edge a bit longer.
