I asked about handle patterns and got a fantastic response. ( //www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=481369 ) I also go lots of knife patters as well so I have listed them and ask if this list is complete. Not patterns you know, just the ones you would like to see made.

Stockman,( usually a premium serpentine but others possible)
Cattleman (stockman with leather punch and usually in even end handle)
Trapper, clip and large spey or wharncliffe
Muskrat, usually in a Premium serpentine handle
Scout or Utility usually in an even end handle
moose, large blade at each end
Whittler (large blade on the same two springs as two small blades at other end, unless large blade is a lockback)
Congress as four blade
Lobster pattern (Penknife with blades on both front and back)
Cherry Tree Chopper (folder with small axe head)
Harness Jack (has leather punch as second blade)
Single Blade Jack (any handle shape)
Two blade jacks (any handle shape)
Doctors Knife (slim jack)
Orange Blossom (pen knife as a gun stock whittler with lobster manicure blade)
5 blade stockmen

Ain't knives fun?

In addition ot the above list, I like the traditional sleeveboard pen knife (about 3 to 3.25 inches long) and the hawkbill pruner.

Well in that case I'd like to see a knife like the old Case 06247PEN - two blade stockman - single backspring, with a clip blade on one end and a short wharncliffe on the other.

4" long
rounded bolsters
Single backspring
serpentine like the 06247 OR equal end like a longer eisenhower.

I would be perfectly happy with a four-blade stockman, Mr Russell. I have collected these for years and they are hard to find.
I also collect Congress knives in all their permutations. I have always had a yen for a congress with four different blades.
Please note also that I think all---ALL!!---congress and stockman knives should at least 4" and 4 1/4" is ever so much nicer.
Bless your heart for taking the time to ask us what we like and would like to see in the future !!!

Maybe one of your fruit knives with a more traditional styled handle material? BTW, I've seen some old ones, Mr Russell, your fruit tester looks to be the top dog in that category. Thinking about getting one for my father.

stockman with a long turkish clip blade.

moose with turkish clip and spear blades and long pulls if possible.

hawkbill in the old IXL style gardeners knifewith the long narrow hawk.

trapper with turkish clip and spear blade (or whARNECLIFFE)

premium stockman with long turkish clip blade, wharnecliffe blade and large pen blade (short spearpoint blade)

muskrat with single backspring and thin straight blades much like that of the old remington and kutmaster muskrat.

Carbon steel melon knife, really strong spring with half stop, maybe even a muskrat blade profile (turkish clip maybe)
All of these in 1095 carbon I'd buy one of each
that's all.....for now :D

A Medium Moose, thick and deep but somewhat shorter with ~3 inch blades. One a long clip and the other either a Wharncliffe or a somewhat pointer sheepsfoot. Long matchstrike pulls would be good too.

A full sized Trapper with spearpoint and wharncliffe blades.

A mini Trapper with a long clip and a sheepsfoot blade.

Whittlers (with at least one coping blade).
Lobsters
Orange Blossum
Dr. pattern (serpentine with cap bolster).
and a final plug for 5 bladers (Rogers type or sowbelly).

You got my two favorites (stockman and Trapper). I would love to see some premium versions with largest blade right at 3". Steven

I'm a big fan of wooden handle materials, any chance for using premium wood in a possible slipjoint line? Or Canal Street? Or Schatt and Morgan?

(this is SHS clutching at straws)

I have recently bought, silvery vine (2 doz pr), Amboyna burl (60-70 lb), cocobolo (lots), Ironwood (lots), spalted maple (?) and other woods as well. We do not plan to do one of a kind handles but to do 25, 50 or 100 of a model in a specific handle material.

Agreed. Clip or Wharncliffe main blade with pen and coping.

As for the trapper style I'd much rather have a single wharncliffe or clip blade rather than a two blade model. The single blade allows for a slimmer carry profile. Because of the slimmer profile you can get away with 3.5” to full length in an EDC (EDITED TO ADD: For people like me that shy away from full length double bladded trappers because they will not EDC something that large). Plus they just look awesome in stag or jigged bone, especially if they're single bolster or have that bolster-less look. Just look at how sought-after the Bose Shadow pattern is for EDC. I recently purchased a great JB Moore wharncliffe trapper and have since neglected other knives for EDC, including my Kawamura whittler. Great carry pattern.

There are so many nice patterns... I'd love to see a nice Cattleman or Harness Jack, I work with horses and those leather punches come in handy on long trips.

A trapper with a wharncliffe blade instead of a spey would also be nice.

I would also be interested in a knife with a single wharncliffe or sheepfoot blade.

I agree with Revolvergeek on the Moose. I would love one with a Wharncliffe blade. An Amboyna burl whittler with a Wharncliffe blade would be nice.

I would love to see a Cattleman (I think). It is much like the stockman pattern, except it substitutes a spear point blade for the main clip.
