Sorry for posting the same knife repeatedly but I must obey the OP.
My homemade. I did it in April 2009.
Blade size 3.5 inches, overall 8.7 inches.

No apology needed here buddy, most will just be jealous that you found ' The knife ' that works for you, it's certainly easier on the wallet once ya do !

My 5in spearpoint Gossman Tusker gets the most use in the woods. I beat it like it stole something.

Overall day to day my UNK gets the most use followed by my swisstool or Farmer. The swisstool gets used a ton at the leather bench.

I just got a trailhawk all pimped out and some leather done for it. Im excited to get out and use it. If I can manage to leave my Wett at home. lol

On a side note, I just got in a Tom Brown Tracker for some pants. Its not as bad as folks let on. Makes me think a tool is only as good as the tool holding it. lol Look for a review soon.....

1st-gen Condor Rodan for me. I routinely beat the snot out of that knife, yet it cuts nearly as well as a Mora. My Condor Viking and Bush Knife tie for second place, followed by my ESEE-6. I use my CS Pocket Bushman a lot as well.

My Howling Rat LM, I have used it for pretty much everything I need at home, camping, hiking etc etc.

Cold Steel Trailmaster SK5 is the most used fixed-blade, but my American Lawman is used *daily* (yes, i baton with it too!).

My boker ak74 combo edge auto conversion. Not the best knife I own or my favorite but its a decent one that I'm willing to abuse. I use it on duty as an officer so its probably been in contact with more drugs than anyone I've arrested.

I most often see a green FFG Endura sitting nose town in the dish rack or a BK-2 catching branches. Runner up to the 2 would be my JAB Potbelly. Yes, I prefer it over some of my Beckers.

Hey there all. Been gone for a while, haven't had much time to hang out here. But in the last six months, despite all efforts to carry all my knives evenly, the most used has to be my Vic Soldier. I have been carrying my bench grip, and izula, but they have not seen much use at all. My ESEE-3 is getting lonely as a mora clipper has taken over the kitchen, and a 2000 lives in the picnicking crate. The Vic has been a beast, I've even used it to pry arrows out of the target frames at the range! I won't be getting rid of the others any time soon, but I'm enjoying the fact that I'm at a skill level where I am confidant carrying a lot less knife than I did a few years ago.

i find my Fallkniven WM1 gets more use than my S1.

if i need a big chopper, i use an axe.

I use basically 2 knives when camping and hiking.
1) my Buck 110, for most all my outdoors tasks, cutting trout, slicing potatoes, opening packages, fuzz sticks, etc.
2) my David Farmer 3" fixed blade for the same. Used it for camp cooking chores, opening packages, fuzz sticks, cutting trout, scrapping a ferro rod for fire.
Depends on the mood I'm in with which one I carry, thus the one that gets the most use for that outing. Love both of these knives!

I always take a 4 in fixed blade with me but pocket kmives tend to get the most use. Usually either a SAK or a Case large stockman.

By far the knife that sees the most use is my M. Wohlwend Far North Knife. I am not sure if we ever decided on a name for it, but that's what I call it.
Specs are:
  • 3/32 stock of 0-1 steel.
  • Blade is 2.5 inches
  • Handle is 3.25 inches.
  • with a pocket carry sheath and integrated fire steel loop

I love my 4'' blades, but this little guy has earned his spot as part of my EDC several times over.

A Puma Jagdnicker. I never intended it be so, but it just works so well that it receives more use than any other knife I have.

I love that one, great design !

For doing what a knife does best (for me, that's slicing) I use my Victorinox Soldier (I know, how exotic) daily without fail for an apple or for lunch. Out of all the other exciting blades I've aquired over the years, including a few hefty Nordic-style specimens, the first "real" knife that I ever obtained, a Spyderco Para-Military, is used for just about everything else. I want to use them all; lately the Para's only contender is a new Izula that's doing a fair job in my new folders-are-evil location.

Izula lives on the belt, and a CRKT MT. Rainer for when i dont have a belt. actually outside and doing stuff though is the Esee 4

I use my Winkler Belt knife a lot when out in the field. Dressing rabbits and quail when at my family ranch. And when in an urban setting, I have cut open more than a few bricks of contraband.
The more I use it, the better it looks.
