What knife to carry while jogging/running?

I have been a knife nut all my life, and a recreational jogger for about the last 20 years. (Just for health's sake, no long distance running or anything, maybe 2-4 miles 3 times a week.) I have always carried a knife on me, not for self-defense, just because I ALWAYS have a knife on me. My favorite one for that purpose is a cold steel small voyager. I have carried some of the mid-sized spyderco's I own (I don't have any of the smaller ones that would be comparable to the size of the small voyager) and other assorted knives over the years, but I always seem to come back to the small voyager. It seems to be the perfect combination of size/weight, and has the same qualities - that some have mentioned earlier in the thread about the spydercos - of linerless handle and lockback for spring tension even when closed. I guess it would be a plus that it comes in a variety of blade configuration - tanto, clip, serrated, non-serrated, (i have a plain edge, clip point). Over the past 20 years or so, it has never started to rust and has seen a lot of sweat over that time. I carry it in my waistband, although I guess it would work fine clipped to an armband.

I carry either a folder, or a fixed blade becker bk 11, or ka bar TDI with the sheath wrapped up with friendly looking orange 550, and I stuff my keys inside the paracord.

When I ran I would usually carry IWB of my shorts. It works really well and i could carry just about any pocket knife I wanted. It was usually something along the lines of a kershaw leek or sometimes a spyderco endura.

+1. I have found my E4 FFG carries nicely for this as it is noticeably lighter than my other E4's.
