What knife would you like to see next from CPK?

A slightly longer-bladed fighter than the UFs. Eight to nine inch blade. Could be a “UF 3” or a “UF 2 XL,” or it could be different enough to warrant a completely new name. I know the Shiv arguably fills this role, but I’m thinking of something a little more versatile and not a full-on stabber. Imagine a UF with a little more chopping power.

Either that or an EDCish fixed blade with food prep capabilities. Not a full-on kitchen knife, but something on the slicier side that could do an above-average job of chopping vegetables. I’ve never held a Schwarz Overland, not to mention prepped food with it, but something kinda like that.

DEK 3 is what you described second!

Recently bought a knife with handle made from Richlite Micarta. Pretty nice stuff, feels more paper than paper micarta imo, pretty warm; with minimum texturing it still is very grippy. Maybe a handle offering from these in the future?

As for knife, I love my boot dagger, but a full size dagger offering would be nice... A Belt Dagger? 😅

I'd love to see some more kitchen knives. A chef's knife or a petty knife would be fantastic! A large slicing/carving knife would be amazing! Even another run of CPK potato knives would be great.

I bought a custom chef's knife and petty knife from an excellent bladeforums maker. They dramatically changed my wife's outlook (for the better) on expensive knives and decreased the workload during meal prep.

If I'm being honest, those custom kitchen knives have had a bigger positive impact on our everyday lives than any other knife/group of knives I've ever owned. They're typically used multiple times on a daily basis and improve the entire cooking experience.
