I’ve been asking for this for a while, I’d love to get my paws on a quality chef knife, gets more use and abuse than any other of my knivesI'd love to see a kitchen knife again. I use them at least once a day. Use 3V and/or AEB-L steel for the blade and I'm in heaven.
