What knife would you use in a survival scenario?

If you were in a 72 hr+ off grid survival scenario what one knife would you trust to fill the role of a survival knife? To make kindling, to prepare food, make a spear, make a shelter or to battle a zombie (just kidding with that last part). I personally would trust the TOPS silent hero. Looking forward to hearing your feedback!

I just went through that process for a Christmas gift for a friend who is just getting into survivalist stuff, sort of.

I went for the Mora Kransbol multi mount because of the weight and the stainlessness. So he can pack it to his tactical gear and not have to worry about it untill he needs to use it.

I couldn't justify the price of the garberg.

Unless you are trying to cut your way through a brick wall or something. It should hold up.

I've had a Fallkniven F1 for years now that has not let me down at all. I've built shelters with it, done some batoning, feather sticks, etc. Comfortable handle and the VG10 has held up wonderfully. Not fancy by any means but it's been more than adequate. I'd trust my life with it in a survival scenario...

...along with my Glock and AR by my side.

...Maybe my Mora Garberg, because that Scandinavian chick with the glasses on Youtube spent an entire video trying to abuse it to death, and failed. 🤔😐

...But I'd really rather have a second knife, just on the possibility her experience was a total fluke. :)
