what lights ya carry??

I edc right now a Milkyspit modded surefire Kl1 head with a MC-E putting out roughly 625 lumens that runs off 2 IMR RCR123 rechargeables. For walks I have my 900 lumen Eagletac M2C4. I also have the usual surefire 6P and G2 with various P60 led drop-ins. The Fenix P3D, Gerber Cornea Hi. A handful of headlamps and the really cool Firstlight tomahawk NV. The usual AA tactical clicky and a streamlight micro-tac 2 AAA clicky. Hopefully Ill soon have a nice canister light for caves and diving, maybe a Polarion PH50 or a quad sst-50 full aspheric canister SAR light. I dont know, its an addiction, just stroll over to candlepowerforums for a day or two lol youll never be the same again. I almost have as much money in my lights that I do in my knives >.<...

My EDC light is a Streamlight Stylus Pro. Surefire Kroma is on the nightstand and accompanies me on hunting trips. Couple Surefire G2's as backup.
 
For EDC my lights are very humble. Both from walmart.

In my pocket I have a 1 AA LED, I think it's a Dorcy.
Nothing special, but it's survived several years of wear and tear.
On my keys i have a rather nice little round squeeze light i payed all of $2 for.

I wanna get some cooool stuff, but on the other hand, if it ain't broke...

no I haven;t! but I will now, thanks for the tip. i was actually looking for a stronger AAA one, but that EZ AA seems quite small too. maybe I can carry that on a keychain. thanks a lot for the info, mystic!

I went with this over a AAA light because it's almost as small as an AAA light, better runtimes, brighter, and I find AAs easier to come by in a pinch than AAAs.

I pre-ordered mine and got a free USB rechargeable AA NiMh with my light. For the size it's really bright.

I carry a Fenix LOD on my keychain at all times. Fenix P3D when I am in the great outdoors.
 
Wow, there's some great lights in this thread! I usually have a E2D LED or Backup handy. I don't have it during the day, but if I go out and it's going to get dark, I do. I also keep one in my car and one on my AR.

I carry a Nitecore Extreme in my pocket daily. It is a great balance of size, ease of carry, & brightness.

The Fenix T1 rides in my pack which is also carried with me daily. It is a lot heavier and brighter, but to big to EDC in my opinion.

Streamlight SL-20X.

Carried it for the past 20+ years at work and still do. Body is scratched and a good portion of the black paint has worn off. Replaced lamps, batteries and switches and is still going strong producing 30,000 pre-focused Candela (peak beam intensity) / 200 lumens. Best damn flashlight made. Saved my a** many times.

fenix P2D CE for EDC right now but i have a bunch of other ones i use when camping, in the car etc
