This looks fantastic! I can't wait to get my paws on some of these beauties!!! Thanks for the great update photo, Charlie!

Looking good. Will the ebony and all three bone varieties be used on this run?

Naw, see, the sawcut bone is not trying to look like....

Ah, never mind. ;)

I spy with my little eye:

Whether this is the previously posted brown evincing new translucence, or a third color, I'm pretty sure I want it.

More here.

Well, I hope you get enough rest, so you can tell bone from Delrin, Dan!!:D

Open your mouth and remove all doubt etc etc etc :foot:...

Sarah and Charlie, please take pity on a feller that was tired and should have abstained from posting. Reminds me of what everyone says on here, you should never buy knives whilst inebriated. The same applies to posting anything in an exhausted state. Please elaborate on which knife has which handle material.

All I saw was a question mark, and the dreaded X, in regards to the new barlows. :(

I believe it will be all Gabon. I found the wood in San Francisco a couple of years ago, and just sent it to GEC two weeks ago. Bill assures me there is plenty.
The streaks are more grey than brown, and overall it is darker/blacker than the Macassar.
Here's the post, Blaine.

How many different covers will be offered? I need to figure out how many I will be getting! :D

Yes to Ebony, and in Bone; Dark Brown, Antique Tan, and Rusty Red.

I do believe there will be 4 choices according to Charlie's post :)

I myself am eying that redbone and the ebony...I promised myself I'd only get one of these....but with the source of the ebony being from the man himself I might just have to spring for both redbone and ebony!

I've got a Huckleberry and Tom Sawyer, both with ebony and both single blades. They look good, they'll look better with their clip blade brother ;).
