I'm in the same boat. Got into the Charlows late in the game too. Charlie has brought us some absolutely timeless Barlows that can be passed to future generations. I anxiously await the new run.

Announcing a new version of the TC Barlow!! (Which you all know about already!!)
I could list the technical improvements in my traditionally-styled representation of an Historical Spey Barlow, mentioning the wider blade which improves the edge angle and increases blade life, and stating that the long pull is set just right for pocket carry. As well, I could point out the nicely jigged and dyed bone handles, and carefully chosen wood handles, everything all neatly packaged, and bearing Great Eastern Cutlery's warranty of quality. I might mention that I don't advertise these knives so that supporters of our knife site here get first crack at hearing about TC Barlow releases. I could say I thank all of you who support the collection and appreciation of the knives pictured in this thread, old and new, and who generously share photos and scans of same, but;
I am not saying this because it is my newest and only my second Charlow, but I love the tan jigging! I had a stash of Charlows and had to sell all but one. I had to take a hiatus just after these were released. Since coming back I have been on the hunt for one for a good deal. This one arrived yesterday. I'd love a clip long pull in the same jigging or a tan sawcut to go with it but until then I look forward to putting this one in my pocket often.
It's a new day,,,to cock a doodle do,,,it's a new day,,,,to cock a doodle do,,,,it's a new day,,,,to cock a doodle do! Hey now, how bout you? I just wrote a song about it! Cool button Charlie!:thumbup:

There are the chords
Yes, G C G D G, the easiet chord progression I know of. No Beethoven here. The tune would be subjective and somewhat different depending on who is singin, like a dance.
That's great Mark! A second carreer is in the cards for you! Hey you got a card??
