Philllll et.al, here is some some 'splainin'!!
GEC ran out of Peachseed at the end of the run. There is a certain "fall-down" - cracks, flaws and the like, that render pieces unusable.
It looks like the last 25 knives or so have "alternate" handles.
There are several with that horse-cut-looking jig, which they are labelling "Pony-Cut", and a few smooth bone as well, all with the same dye.
