What SAK are ya totin' today?

Carried this Tinker while out and about today. When I ordered it not long ago, I thought I might get some Plus scales for it in a brighter color but I am really liking the black. If I do get brighter scales, it will be a while. Gonna stick with the black for now.

My guess is the Delemont (formerly Wenger) 85mm line was too close/overlapped with their similar models in their standard 91mm models, possibly also less popular or saleable in comparison. So maybe they decided to streamline production to focus on their core lines, a “bean counting” decision..

Personally I do like the Delemont series especially the contoured Evolution scales.
 
I bought this Deluxe Tinker in late 2006 and it has lived in the console of all three cars that I’ve owned since then.

My wife wanted a SAK for Christmas 2006 but she had no idea which model she wanted. I bought her this Deluxe Tinker and a Classic. Told her to pick one and I would return the other one. She chose the Classic and I never did return the Deluxe Tinker.

Wow i need to try that trick.
I got her a Climber w/white scales on the way
so i can get the Pre 92 Fisherman she uses occasionally to operate on her toe nail, lol.
She uses the scissors exclusively.
Anyone,find like me i need a SAK with scissors?
