I just got home from work and I have only had small snacks all day. That microfiber cloth looks delicious!

Id rather a heatwave wave any day...
At home (im away atm) there has been nearly a week of 110°f and only getting down to 94°f in the night.

The track expands in length and the rails can buckle which in turn can cause a derailment. That same day i mentioned that restriction a freight train derailed in the middle of Australia and stopped transcontinental freight for 5 days. The temperature at the derailment site was 116°f.

Wow, I had no idea rails could experience that level of thermal expansion. I would’ve thought the temperature would have to be much higher. Learn something new everyday.

Today I have a Swiss Champ.



This mornings first rail trip marked the 50th train/tram ride we have had this holiday. Mam has sat out a few but my son and I took advantage of the Government declared free train travel to anywhere in Victoria over the weekend and racked up quite a few short trips.
