What SAK are ya totin' today?

How do you like that Lumintop EDC15?
The EDC 15 is a good torch for getting in and out of the house in the dark and looking for things under a chair or in a bag. I like how it tail stands and lights up our tent when camping. Its pretty good with the battery life too. Terrible in the bush trying to look for something any further then 5 metres away. I bought a second one just to sit by the front door for anyone to use at night.

Yea I have one as well, just like to hear other’s opinions. Agree they’re great for up close but too floody for anything at distance. I like the mode outputs as well. Good little inexpensive light.

I just took a screen shot and posted text out of laziness i guess.

Last day with the Swiss Champ until our next adventure. I used most things i packed in my travel kit. Most used were wet wipes, cleaning my little fellas fingers.

Im glad to be back to the flat land, red dirt and kangaroos. With 250km to go the train splits and takes just one carriage, with thanks to government subsidies, it runs way out to my local town usually we are the only ones on it for the last hour or so.

What is the "P.Way" on the whistle stand for? John
P.Way": Stands for Permanent Way, the section of railway responsible for track infrastructure, including rails, sleepers, and ballast. The number is associated with that section of track. The whistle was used as a saftey to alert workers of dangers not used by conductors on the actual trains. That whistle was used on the Great Western Railway where famous trains ran like the "City Of Truro" unofficially the first train in the world to get to 100mph.
