My Alox Pioneer 2025 red stone hopefully will be here end of week. 🤞
I will not do any key ring modifications (rounding the sharp edges) on this one.

I’m in transition. Not sure if i can stop it. I always (90% of the time) carried a Swiss Champion or Champion Plus on my belt in a leather pouch/sheath.
Since i saw that leather pocket sheath and made some for my 2 & 3 level 91mm SAK’s I haven’t carried the bigger knives on my belt since. image.jpg
Champ plus on my table next to my recliner when i need a tooth pick 😂😂🤪
Alox Pioneer X in my pocket. My change to my climber or compact if i go out. Or not.

While I (still) don't necessarily like the package opening tool, seems the Companion has easily become my favorite carry lately. Between blade, scissors, nail file, prybar and pen, it seems to be covering pretty much most of my needs on go-to-office days (which I pretty much do these days), all in a fantastically slim (3 layer) package. Added the LA10 not only for the hi-CRI that turns reading on-the-go in an almost enjoyable experience but also for the powerful magnet (which prevents me from needing to carry one inside the SAK). Pin stored in the scales, toothpick replaced with firefly ferro rod (mini-bic for redundancy, with a zip tie preventing gas venting) and some firecord stored under the hook, and I feel ready for whatever the urban jungle might have in mind for me.
