Unbelievable how much of a difference one layer makes in terms of ease of carrying. Below the Companion (that I carry daily these days) against the Mountaineer (that I almost never carried), although the tool setup is quite similar and packed with what I would consider 'urban functionalities'.

The keychain loop at 90 degrees really digs in to your hand even after polishing out the edges.
