What sort of Job do you have?

I'm a road salesman. I've driven the West for 15 years. Moving to the NE to cover 9 states starting in March. My hobby is making walking sticks.I go after saplings{Sorry}, with either a bowie, or a folding saw. I then use a good pocket knife, or carving knives to do my bark stripping, etc.Looking forward to finding some hard, and straight wood in the NE. a bit concerned about Lhyme Disease.
Anyone used to traipsing around the NE woods?

Love those BUFFs.:D

They'll still be flying when all the new stuff has been retired.

Seems like I heard that each wing is held on by only four bolts. Of course each of those "bolts" is the size of a coke bottle.

yes they are truley awesome! the usaf is for sure going to keep them around for another 20 years too. they have downsized the fleet but not by much. pretty amazing payload of bombs and missles it can carry. a pilot told me the iraq people call it "the bird of death"

Commodities relocation specialist. AKA- truck driver. I've been driving since 1979, with a brief recess to learn canvas work and upholstery, which I still do on occaision.I bought my first truck 5 years ago, and have never been happier with my job. Should've bought one 15 years ago. I haul anything that I can make stay on the deck, from concrete outhouses to Stryker attack vehicles for Uncle Sugar. I carry two knives, a Buck 3 blade folder in my pocket that I've had since 197?? and I used to wear a Schrade Scrimshaw Sharpfinger. The tip broke off the Schrade, so I'm now using a Puma Buddy, which I love.
Had a guard at Anniston Army Depot tell me my knife was a weapon ( a mere 3" blade), and wanted me to check it in. So, I asked him where he wanted me to check the 10 twenty foot 5/16" chains I had, the 3.5lb cross peen sledge hammer, and the 42" winch bar I had. He seemed somewhat chagrined that I had so many potential weapons available, so he finally grinned and said " Guess just about anything could be a weapon, huh?" And we went about loading the truck.
