What to do when you reach the end of your list?

1. You probably aren't aware of the entire knife universe. Keep exploring and researching. List grows.
2. Tastes change. List grows.
3. New models are released. List grows.

Another option is to explore other aspects of the hobby. For instance, instead of buying a new knife, conduct edge-retention tests with the knives that you already own, or master the art of freehand sharpening, or write reviews, etc. This is a great way to increase the breadth and depth of the hobby.

It can also provide direction for future purchases. For example, if you develop a fascination with edge-retention, then you might decide that you want your next knife to be made from CPM-10v or CPM-S110v, because you really want to try them.

In my opinion, this is one of the best things about knives. You can go a lot of different directions with the hobby.

I read one day that all the worlds scientific minds who ponder the universe all agree on one thing

" they cannot find the end of it."

same w/ my "list"

Figure out what you like and don't like about your production knives and then start looking into the custom world. Lots of incredible customs out there by super talented makers. Be forewarned-prices jump significantly.
