Fancy Friday for sure Rachel.
Funny, I was looking around to trade or recover my glitter gold. Just didn’t like the gold. My wife figured out my plans for the knife and said, “No way you’re recovering that one, it makes me think of my dads old Glastron boat we called Sparkle Plenty.” So now the knife has a name and it’s really growing on me.

I'm glad you're keeping it as-is. You might not want more than one knife in glitter gold, but isn't it fun? I saw someone wearing a sparkly gold motorcycle helmet yesterday and thought, "Yeah, I'll carry the Gold TC tomorrow."

With this many sharp blades on hand I could get through an extensive outing. They ought to suffice for one mildly busy day of work.

Got chores to do to prep our place for the upcoming winter. We've already got snow just above us at 5500 feet (we're at 4800 feet) with night time temperatures dipping into the twenties. The heaters are set and have been turning on for the last four nights. This Buck 2-blade (clip and sheepsfoot) 301 Stockman came in yesterday's mail. It'll get some use today and maybe throughout the whole weekend.
