Yeah, and not only that, see if ink sticks to it!🤪

I have more Schrades than stags, so it’s Schradurday over by here.

We’re leaving shortly for Georgia. Going to pick up our three granddaughters, and spend the week in a rental cabin up near Blue Ridge. Looking forward to it.

Serpentine Jack with a new blade I had to put in because I snapped the original trying to straighten it. The blade is from one of those web sellers hawking End Of Days Schrade knife parts.
I grew up in a house full of lawyers, professors, and proofreaders. I can't help it, I like fancy words. (and Oxford commas) 😄😆

I wonder what kind of ink Schrade used on those old Scrimshaw Series knives.

Have a great trip, my friend.

I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about scrimshaw or the ink Schrade might have used, but am pretty sure Delrin is not absorbent at all.
Oh and I know nothing about inks either LOL ... but one thought I had was "epoxy ink" for Delrin and the like.
Sure enough, I guess epoxy ink is a thing ... I googled it HA.
Now if it is ideal for Delrin or not (?) ... dunno

EDIT: ... and might be too thick for scrimshaw (?)

Peanut-like Knife of the Week is a Case mini copperhead. I had no idea that I liked blue knives, but when this one arrived 4 years ago, I discovered that I adore at least one blue knife!

Stag/Horn knife this week is a Rough Rider stag copperhead:

Lambsfoot of the Week is an A. Wright & Son rosewood lambsfoot that I call Union Jack. My wife and daughter bought it for me in Barnitt's hardware store in York, England:
