Lots of rain and darkness up here…
So a fitting companion for the day!
A great Saturday to All:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Same weather here, think I'll follow suit with a bright Case.

redsparrow redsparrow Thanks, noticed an interesting drain-cover in a quiet street so I decided to take a shot. Inevitably, some idiot turns up staring at his satnav screen and not the road so I had to flee...

Here's the whole drain-cover, celebrating Finland's centenary in 2017 with the Lion rampant on a scimitar. What used to be on the late lamented Markka coin, now replaced by the Euro :(

Will, cool drain cover :cool: and great color on your 86, congrats!
I lament with you the loss of your Markka coin (and all it represents).
Though as long as no humans or Forum Knives were injured in the capturing of this fine photo... no harm, no foul.
Stay healthy and happy my friend.

Thanks it seems I only get to eat popovers on special occasions. Love them with butter and salt.
Popovers on Sunday afternoon were a thing with my paternal grandparents, and we used to have them for Sunday breakfast. Salted butter is enough salt for me.
I need to carry this new Imperial with its whisper-thin blades.
