What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That's very cool, what did you do in class?
My High School had a Rodeo Team, I even got a sportsman's letter for it.
Last class of the day was Rodeo, we'd spend the 45 minutes getting our horses saddled and warmed up... then spent the next two hours roping and dogging... Good times!
That sounds like a great way to end the school day.

The rodeo class I took was open to anyone, but everything was done on the ground, no horses. They taught how to rope, tie calves, we bulldogged steers (from the ground right out of the chute) ,and bull riding (actually on big steers). It was a pretty fun class.

This almost made me go upstairs and get yellow knives instead of what I’m totin.
At first glance, I thought that was pelargonium citrusum aka: mosquito plant439B70C2-D0FF-4E78-B082-945F05EC12ED.jpegbut in comparison, I guess not. Is that another variety of geranium?

And no. Mosquito plants are useless against the little vampires.
Pretty happy with how this turned out as a more traditional
I was initially thinking of turning the pruning blade to a sheepfot, but I found it to be very well suited for packages and string cutting. I think I´ll keep it :)
Wow~ that looks incredible. Really nice work!

That sounds amazing... I'd love to teach a class like that!!!

Going to town for the first time since last Thursday. Don't feel like it but gotta go. Haven't seen the crew at the Wagon Wheel Cafe in a whole week. Can't imagine the gossip I've missed. We'll hit the grocery store before coming home too. This knife will do for this trip.

Today a simple stainless steel notch knife from Julien Maria, ideal size and size for a discreet outing in town. Rainy and sad weather, light as well.
have a good day.
The light may be sad and drippy, but you’ve made it work.

If you show up, Ed, they’re going to have to find someone else to gossip about.
