I was to lazy to go back in the kitchen and get a spoon, yet spent more time taking a photo of it than going back for the spoon. 😁

It reminded me of my first Unit in Germany,at morning tea break the spoons always went missing (same with the sink plugs,it baffled me).

I was 18 years old and very quiet, everyone would borrow my metal pen to stir their tea against my wishes.

When it disintegrated a few months later I opened it and it was caked in rust, everyone gave me a hard time as if it was my fault they had been drinking rust. 🤣

I hope they all got tetanus.
Except you were all probably vaccinated for it.

Thanks Jeff

Love the Craftsman knives from the glory days!

So happy I am able to be involved in the annual Blade Forums knifes.

Thanks, Dave. We need a time machine so we can pop back to the Hardware Dept at Sears and snag those knives we should have back then.

There is a lot to notice in that Christmas knife.
Yes, there is. I think it was very well done.
I was noticing the nice coloring on the Case’s bone.

I swapped over to this pair last evening, knowing that I’d carry them over to today. While our daughter enjoyed herself at the Snowflake Dance with her Special Recreation friends, the beautiful and lovely Mrs Fleschwund and I enjoyed a dinner out at a tavern in Rockford. First time we’ve been there, but will definitely go back~ great food. And she got her glass of cabernet, while the waitress brewed up a fresh pot of coffee for me.
We both had salads, hers topped with a salmon filet, mine with a chunk of rare steak and crumbled blue cheese.

Time’s rolling on, friends. Christmas day is only one week away.00DC4F86-D781-452E-AF55-62700418D401.jpegI’ve got the Barlow that we collaborated on, and this Schrade 233 Medium Jack.FBDB75C2-35F3-42F7-B9D3-5DA84E6A71E3.jpeg
