Have a Blessed Sunday everyone. I will be totin’ current production Case knives today. That grand old company can still make great knives, you just have to look a little harder.

In your photos, the handles of your knives always look exceptional.
I really like the first one, how big is its blade?

Thanks. My J H Lloyd has a very nice handle that changes according to the light, not easy to render in pictures. It is very well finished. Its size is just small for the use I have of my knives.

Totin and using Billy Barlow today.
Its done something no other knife has and removed my ever present SAK from my pocket.

I like Artisan type things like my cheese board a one off made by a small local craftsman.

I like good cheese as well but that Comte cheese tastes like cardboard so out with the Cheddar then 😆

Now the blade has some character its a whole lot easier to open than the stainless version.

Some pictures with one of my favourite photographers Ansel Adams for good measure,he did things the old way,the hard way,the proper way.

I wish the photos wouldn’t jumble up,cheddars on the top it even looks tastier :)
