Have a nice ride, I do not miss pushing snow around.
Paraphrasing Foster Brooks:
People ask what I think of standard transmissions, I dislike them. You’ve got a gas pedal for the right foot, a clutch for the left foot. How do you expect me to work the pedal in the middle?
Also, what do I think of STP? It’s delicious.

Remember 2021? The posts quoted below are SO last year.
I didn't buy knives last year Gary, the copper-handled Atlas seemed Covid-appropriateNotable pair, Jack! When I first saw your Boker Atlas, I thought that I should get some kind of knife with copper or brass handle. The Atlas model with those metals seems to go out of stock quickly here, compared to the stainless steel handle Atlas (with black or silver covers). I've also been looking at Mercators with copper or brass handles; not sure which I prefer yet.
Thanks buddyStriking knife, Jack!
Thank you very much JJ, my grandmother, great grandmother, and an uncle worked at the James Chesterman factory, where the rulers for most Sheffield-made Ruler Knives were manufactured, possibly a few more relatives tooThank you most kindly, Jack!!!
You can't get much cooler than a pen knife with a ruler; wonderful Metal Monday pairing with your sweet HHB!![]()

They’re actually sunset shots sirThanks for the superb sunrise shots with Merle! Did he object to getting up at that hour?
I was mesmerized by the reflections in your photos, especially that little hexagon/honeycomb wearing a halo in the middle pic. Can't figure out what caused it!
