Living On the Edge :eek:šŸ˜

The micarta Oil Field Jack is my favorite from that release, and with a great picture to boot. Is that one of Coleman's slips (sheaths) under your knife?

Agreed. I’m a sucker for anything with micarta, and itā€˜s stellar on this 86. Thanks for the kind words on the pic.

Good eye, it is one of Coleman’s sheaths. I can’t say enough good things about his sheaths, they are simply excellent, crafted well and with attention to detail. This thick 86 is pushing the size limit for this one, but it works.

Poor folks has got poor ways and has to wear a Timex watch and carry an Imperial Barlow.

But not a Poor Choice ;)

Both are good tough workers and don't have a poverty in looks

Got a Timex Expedition as a rough work watch, or nighttime one as it's illuminated. Inexpensive, well put together and WAS accurate - until I got the back off in order to try and change the battery myself- can't seem to be able to get the scoundrel back on again! o_OšŸ˜µā€šŸ’«āŒšāš’ļø

Couldn’t agree more. I recently got a ā€œpetiteā€ version from him that I fits my Osage Barlow and white owl perfectly.

That's a shame Barrett, I'd have thought GEC would have got it cracked by now :( Very cool pair mate

You’d certainly think so. I need to give that Pony Jack some pocket time to see if, in practice, it’s really all that bad, but it’s certainly the first thing I noticed when I got it.

Such a cool bolster stamp on that old Barlow! šŸ˜Ž

Just one knife today, an old Utica EO teardrop jack:

Nice photo!

I added this one to my pocket (which already contained my #86 Angus Jack) after retrieving it from the mail earlier today and giving the edge a quick touch up.

Thank you Jack, another great photo of a great subject!!!
Thank you, Dave. :)

Very cool old Scout knife. 🤠
I've never owned one with that can opener style... probably because I'm not sure I could figure out how to use it.
Thanks John:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: But you have good intuition, more soldiers were casulties of can openers than anything else so they had to redesign a lot of them.

This one again.

Case Bose Eureka today.

The secondary covers a good part of the pull on the main on this one, but it doesn’t seem to affect my ability to open it. Did Tony design it that way? Does that make it ā€œwrongā€? Who knows? I still like it.

Thanks a lot, Jack!!! The Waynorth TCs always make for wonderful eye candy!
Thanks JJ :)

Yes, I was very pleased with it mate :) The application could have been better though, I had to return 30% of them
Nice colours on your Lambsfoot Kevin

Doubling up on stag today ;) Have a great day everyone
