Then there’s the old truism that it is Two Wolves and a Sheep Voting on What’s For Dinner.

And as you alluded to, the best course seems to be to focus on what brings us joy and actual utility. Things like traditional knives. And guitars.

Somewhere on here, I saw a link to old Schrade catalogs. I noticed that no matter what the blade configuration, single clip plain or sabre (194), long clip and pen (294), or what we usually call a trapper, long clip and long spey (293, 94), they called each one a Serpentine Jack.

I've been wanting a Sway Back Jack for some time now.
I had the Gent, but it was too thin and didn't feel great in the hand.
This two blade feels amazing in the hand and you should all expect to see it A LOT in this thread.


Of course, in the slip is my Waynorth Lambsfoot, which will be in the pocket too.

We’re good power stayed on after that first little outage. Hard to tell exactly how much we got because it was blowing all over, but I’d say we were an easy 31/2 Ravs!

Been offline awhile...
About 2 weeks with my new vic electrician, liking it very much especially the sheepsfoot/wire stripper blade and awl/punch...I have maybe 10 different swiss knives and this is my fave after some carry and use so far...I usually don't carry them much as I prefer my stockmans and jacks, but this is more useful for most of my daily stuff running with a zt pocket clip one hander as well...I would recommend this highly...
