I'm very happy you didn't forget your sweet Double Barlow Sunday treats; much like your Yorkie treats, "one for now, one for later"!!! ;) 😁

Really like that Whittler, unmistakable German style. Have you had it long? any idea of the age? 50s?

Regards, Will
Thanks for the compliment, Will. To be honest I'm not sure how old it is. I've had for 5-6 years and when I bought it the seller described it only as pre 1979. It does show some age with a fair amount of pitting on back springs and elsewhere. I like that every bit of the blade well was used for a long main blade, as shown in the pic below. It's tight and snappy, opening and closing snap is music to a knife enthusiast's ear. I'm not sure if I have another knife that opens and closes as smoothly and sounds so crisp at both ends.

Another 4th place last night, and our daughter received All Conference for the fourth straight year. Now it’s time to turn the page. Thanks for indulging me, I promise, no more swim meet talk! 😄
Mrs. Bigfish had a surprise up her sleeve. When we left last night we didn’t head home. She booked a couple nights for us in Lake Geneva. We were going to do a little skiing but it’s supposed to be 50 degrees here today so no skiing. 😉👍View attachment 1747129
Very nice carries my friend . I hope that you enjoyed your stay in Lake Geneva last night . If you tried to ski there today , you may have gotten blown UP the hills . We live a little bit east of there about 8 miles .
