Thank you, Sacto. It is one of the first knives I acquired when I started collecting just about 7 years ago. I kinda messed up the edge angle sharpening freehand on the stones,
still learning the sharpening game. After 6 years of trial and error I'd rate my sharpening skills at only slightly better.:)
I’m right there with you on the sharpening. I haven’t messed anything up, but many times it doesn’t work out as well as i think it should. Not sure why.
I’m glad you got some rain on your pastures, Bart.
I spent a couple of hours re-doing some garden beds, and it was a real pleasure walking on the soft, thawed ground. And I was happy to see the lettuce I planted last fall is up and growing.
Thanks, Jeff. We’ve got a little more in the forecast; we’ll see if it’s enough to get us through the spring and have some feed to leave for the fall.

It’s always rewarding to get the garden going in the spring. I’ll look forward to pictures of your bounty. 👍
Wow! That one is stunning.
I love the look those micarta Boker barlows.
Glad to hear you got some rain Bart, the Eureka looks fantastic. 😎👍
Thanks, Todd
Yours is looking fantastic as well!

Sincere thanks JJ, I love your crimson classics  THe GEC always has me hankering for red liquorice! :D ;)
Ha ha, thank you very kindly, Jack!!! 😁
Having a rotten week here, everything seems to be breaking down, from my cell-phone to my boiler  You know where you are with a good slipjoint
